Expert Witness

We act for claimants and defendants involved in commercial property disputes and have in depth understanding of the responsibilities that go with acting as an Expert Witness before Courts, Tribunals and Arbitrators. We can react promptly to deliver authoritative evidence even in the most complex cases including rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, construction disputes, professional negligence and rental and capital valuation disputes.

We have received Bond Solon Expert Witness Training to assist in the appreciation of legal and procedural issues, preparing authoritative reports, communicating evidence clearly in Court as well as withstanding the rigors of cross examination.

Asset Management

We take satisfaction when returns are produced ahead of expectations and can provide valuable assistance in the following areas;

  • Negotiating with tenants to determine occupational intentions
  • Advice on where properties can be improved through refurbishment or redevelopment programmes.
  • Exploring adjoining ownerships and determining if the sum of the parts is greater than the property alone.
  • Using our market knowledge to identify potential tenants when there is space to let or redevelop.
  • Regular monitoring of the property with up to date performance appraisals keeping track of latest market conditions.
