Acting as Adjoining Owner on Party Wall services, MK2 successfully agree a schedule of condition protecting the interests of our appointed client. On a heavy industrial site, we identified in agreement with the Building Owner surveyor where defects were present to our client's property. We adhered to the Party Wall Act dealing with issued notices and awards.

We have also acted as Building Owner in Party Wall Act services which combines an appraisal report of the Party Wall scenario, issuing of notices and agreement of awards on the behalf of the building owner.
