Acting on behalf of AC Lloyd, MK2's Rent Review team successfully advised on the July 2013 rent review.

The modern industrial unit extends to 82,863 sq ft and is let to Grupo Antolin at a previous rent of £405,000 per annum which equated to £4.89 per sf ft.  After extensive negotiation a 7.4% increase in the rent was agreed equating to £5.25 per sq ft.  Paul Rixon commented that this was a very good result for the landlord and demonstrates continued rental growth in the Midlands Industrial Market.
