The modern industrial unit extends to 82,863 sq ft and is let to Grupo Antolin at a previous rent of £405,000 per annum which equated to £4.89 per sf ft. After extensive negotiation a 7.4% increase in the rent was agreed equating to £5.25 per sq ft. Paul Rixon commented that this was a very good result for the landlord and demonstrates continued rental growth in the Midlands Industrial Market.
