SC401 - Acting on behalf of the landlord, GULF Ventures MK2 advised on the December 2016 rent reviews on two distribution units totalling 67,483 sqft let to Kimal PLC. A rental increase of £55,452 per annum was secured.

SC402 & 404 - Acting on behalf of the landlord, GULF Ventures MK2 advised on the April and September 2016 rent reviews on two distribution units totalling 109,000 sqft let to Barton Coldform and AKW. An aggregate rental increase of £50,000 per annum (10%) was secured.
