Acting on behalf of Wesleyan Assurance Society MK2 successfully advised on the sale of two retail and upper floor office premises in Harborne and Redditch.

Both properties have the potential to convert the offices to residential apartments and attracted significant interest during the marketing.  After a competitive bids process and relatively swift legal due diligence, the properties were sold as a pair to Severn Capital for £4,375,000 which was 21% above the asking price.
