Acting on behalf of a trust, MK2 has advised on the acquisition of a brand new prime retail warehouse in Doncaster.

The brand new retail warehouse comprising approximately 22,000 sq ft with 131 car parking spaces, is let to Dunelm (Soft Furnishing) Limited on a full repairing and insuring lease for a period of 15 years with the rent to be reviewed upwards only index linked annually compounded.
The purchase price was £3,050,000 reflecting an initial yield of 6.82%.
