Acting on behalf of the landlord, MK2 advised on restructuring the leases on a 196,650 sq ft warehouse on Gowerton Road.

The unit was originally let to a single tenant and sublet on a lease expiring in September 2024. MK2 agreed a surrender of the head lease and agreed a new 15 year lease directly with the subtenant.
