Lease Renewals: Acting on behalf of Hortons’ Estate, MK2 Real Estate have completed five lease renewals on units of 3,048 sqft, 4,650 sqft, 5,836 sqft, 9,358 sqft and 13,766 sqft. New leases were agreed at rents ranging from £4.70 to £5.40 psf, reflecting rental growth of over 20%.
