Management coup for MK2 Real Estate

Marcello Della Croce has joined niche property consultants MK2 Real Estate to head up the firm’s Property Management Team.

He moves from Cushman & Wakefield, having spent nine years at the company where he was a partner heading up the Portfolio Managment Team within the Asset Services department in Birmingham.

At C & W he managed national property portfolios for Aviva and Tesco Pension Fund, and was local advisor to IM Properties.

Graduate Surveyor, James Cuthbert, has also joined the MK2 team. He will work alongside Director, Paul Rixon, providing asset management advice, as well as assisting the investment team.
