Everything we do is transparent, from the way we appoint contractors to the collection of money and payment of invoices.

We utilise the market leading property management accounting system Yardi Voyager 7s and have the capability to provide a wide range of financial reporting requirements to suit our client’s needs.

Our core services include:

  • Rent Collection– our dedicated credit control team handle the collection of all funds on our client’s behalf with receipts disbursed quickly to protect cashflow.
  • Service Charge Management– Service charge budgets and reconciliations are prepared in line with the RICS Code of Practice.
  • Facilities Management- We source best in class local contractors customised to our client’s expectations to ensure that a high-quality service is provided, be it cleaning, landscaping, M&E maintenance or fabric repairs and maintenance.
  • Health & Safety and Risk Management– Safety and compliance form an integral part of our on site services ensuring that our client’s interests are protected at all times.
  • Due Diligence– be it acquisitions, compliance issues or property management problems, our team have a wealth of experience to support client’s with any property specific needs.

Our aim is to provide a hassle free service to our clients in an efficient and cost effective model.
