Lease regear: Acting on behalf of Canada Life Limited, MK2 Real Estate advised on the regear of an existing lease on a 76,000 sq ft modern distribution warehouse.  Originally instructed to deal with a 2014 rent review, MK2 identified the opportunity to take a surrender of the lease that had only 2 years to run and grant a new 10 year lease to the parent company, Bunzl Retail and Health Supplies Limited.
