Acting on behalf of the landlord, Mucklow, MK2 advised in relation to the rent review on Unit G which extends to 27,577 sq ft. Let to Hollywood Monster, the lease had a rent review in July 2019 which was settled in principle, but lease was subsequently regeared in April 2020.

Acting on behalf of the landlord, Canal and River Trust, MK2 advised in relation to the re-gears of the leases of Units B and C. The properties comprise two industrial units let to Mereway Kitchens, and extend to 103,447 sq ft and 24,591 sq ft.

Two reversionary leases were agreed from December 2022 to create a 15 year term certain, which increased the investment value of the properties by 17%. The March 2018 rent review of Unit C was also documented simultaneously at £5.50 psf which reflects a 30% increase.
