MK2 acted on behalf of the landlord, Lothbury Investment Management, on the September 2018 rent review of 21,107 sq ft warehouse on Meteor Park, in Birmingham. A new rent of £146,100 per annum was documented, reflecting a 9.5% increase.
MK2 also advised on the January 2017 lease renewal on a 56,000 sqft warehouse on Meteor Park in Birmingham. A new 5 year lease to TT Assembly Systems (a supplier to JLR) was agreed at a rent £70,000 per annum (25%) higher than previously passing. MK2 has previously advised the landlord on a March 2016 lease renewal on the same estate where EOS Works renewed their lease for a term of 6 years.
