Acting on behalf of the landlord, S R Robinson, MK2 advised on four rent reviews between November 2017 and September 2018 on a retail parade at Chase Gateway, Hednesford. All open market reviews were settled with rental increases and a new rental tone of £17.60 psf was established, an increase from the previous tone of £16.00 psf. The tenants include Barnardos, Pizza Hut, Walsall Carpets and Whitehouse Foods.
