Acting on behalf of the tenant, Specialist Building Products Limited, MK2 dealt with the October 2016 rent review on a 41,000 sqft warehouse. The matter was referred to third party by the landlord and the independent expert determined a rent that was below MK2’s calderbank, fully justifying the decision to refer the matter to third party.
