MK2 Building Consultancy acted on behalf of a purchaser to undertake a Technical Due Diligence Report, including a Fire Insurance Valuation of a modern office 35,850 sq ft property located in Ashford, Kent. Using our expertise, we identified defects and reported on the existing condition of the property. Therefore informing our client in their purchase negotiations.

Due to immediate Christmas deadlines, we attended site within three days of instruction and provided a report within five days.
