Beaver_house resizedMK2 successfully advised the landlord, Hartland Global in relation to the June 2016 rent review of a landmark 67,000 sqft office building known as Beaver House on Hythe Bridge Street in Oxford City Centre. Previously the home of Blackwells the famous academic book retailer, the building has since been sublet on a floor by floor basis. A revised rent of £1.05 million per annum was agreed.
